Identified a critical drop-off problem where only 35% of users added their first payee, and reframed the solution around incentive-driven activation. Built the complete product experience for an AI-powered stock prediction tool from the ground up as the sole designer working directly with the founder and engineer. The challenge was making a technically complex tool feel approachable to beginners without losing depth for power users. Shipped to 100 early users with active iteration cycles ongoing.

Designed the end-to-end calendar view for a bill payment platform used across financial institutions, giving users a single place to track, understand, and act on every upcoming payment. The feature introduced the product's first spending insights layer and shipped reusable components to the design system. Today, 27k users reference it monthly, with 600 completing payments directly through the view.
