The challenge was making a technically complex tool feel approachable to beginners without losing depth for power users. Shipped to 100 early users with active iteration cycles ongoing.

Identified a critical drop-off problem where only 35% of users added their first payee, and reframed the solution around incentive-driven activation. Audited and rebuilt the bill payment card components for a fintech platform's design system, reducing cognitive load and creating a scalable, reusable foundation for the product team. The redesigned cards now surface to 30,000 daily active users across all payment flows in the product.

Designed the end-to-end calendar view for a bill payment platform used across financial institutions, giving users a single place to track, understand, and act on every upcoming payment. The feature introduced the product's first spending insights layer and shipped reusable components to the design system. Today, 27k users reference it monthly, with 600 completing payments directly through the view.
